Select Template Dialog |
This dialog is displayed when a new document is created. With this dialog, you can select an existing product template from SmartCodeStudio's database to quickly create a document.
SmartCodeStudio's product templates are classified into groups, product type, and products.
To select a template, you usually select the group, followed by the product type, and finally the actual product template. Once a template is selected, its properties are displayed and a preview of the template is shown.
To facilitate finding a particular template, a Search tool for searching the template database is also provided.
Groups - the general groups, which include Labels, Business cards, CDROM, envelopes, Papers.
Product Type - the brand of the of selected product, such as Avery, APLI, MaySpies, etc.
Product - the particular product template to be selected. The items that are available in this drop down box depends on the selections in the Group and Product Type drop down lists.
Label Size - the width and height of the selected product
Page Size - the width and height of the page containing the selected product
Search Button - This button can be clicked to display a dialog for searching document templates based on certain criteria
Customize Button - This button can be clicked to customize the dimensions of the template
Thermal Printer Wizard - The Thermal Printer Wizard dialogs assist you in setting up Templates easily with different thermal printers. Upon clicking on the Thermal Printer Wizard button, the Select Printer and Paper dialog appears.
