Initialize Prompt Variables Dialog

When a document contains one or more shapes with the datasource set to Prompt, SmartCodeStudio displays a prompt dialog at the start of a print job instead of immediately printing a label.

This dialog allows you to enter data for all the labels that require prompting. When you have finished entering data for a label, click the Next Label button to enter data for the next label. When you have finished entering all the requested data, click the Print button to start printing.

Print Status - This field indicates the label whose data you are entering for.

Field Name - This is the name of the prompt variable.

Enter Value - This is the field for entering your data.

Label Range - This field indicates the range of labels that require manual entry of prompt data.

Page Range - This field indicates the pages that are being printed.

Use Data For All Remaining Labels - Checking this option will stop the data entry for all remaining labels and use the current data for their values.

Next Label - Click this button to navigate to the next label to enter data.

Prev Label - Click this button to navigate to the previous label to preview its data and make changes, if necessary.

Print - Click this button to start the printing. It will only be shown when data for all requested labels have been entered.

Cancel - Click to cancel printing .
